About Nikole Kastein Horner

Nikole Kastein Horner is Kinnett & Cordes’s Managing Paralegal and also one of our amazingly talented Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals (LLPs). As a paralegal, she assists attorneys in divorce litigation, adoptions, child custody disputes, and modifications of child support and parental responsibilities. Ms. Kastein also works as an LLP and is able to represent clients in certain domestic relations matters under Rule 207.

Ms. Kastein grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Communication. During her time at Colorado State University, Ms. Kastein served as an intern in the Colorado State Senate. After graduating, Ms. Kastein went on to serve as the Chief of Staff for one of Colorado’s State Representatives in Denver. During her time with the Colorado House of Representatives, Ms. Kastein assisted in drafting legislation, researching policy, and working to improve the lives of Coloradoans across the state.

In her free time, Ms. Kastein enjoys listening to podcasts, playing with her cat, skiing, and cheering on the Broncos.
